No parking permits required. Leniency on vehicles not displaying a parking permit will be granted on March 2nd in lots 16, 17S, 45, 41, 42, 43. Vehicles that park at a meter still have to follow parking meter payment instructions. The Red, Yellow, Handicap and Services zones will still be monitored by enforcement.
